Gli strumenti per la valutazione refrattiva e per la stabilometria, attualmente disponibili, lavorano separatamente. Il nuovo progetto, di seguito denominato Kinoptix, è costituito da apparecchi esistenti, in parte riprogettati per poter essere interconnessi in tempo reale.

Gli strumenti indicati comprendono software e hardware. Più specificatamente il nuovo sistema consiste nel creare un unico ambiente che consenta di collegare i dati, trovare le correlazioni ed inserire una reportistica con intelligenza artificiale che trovi le relazioni tra i parametri. I dispositivi saranno interconnessi mediante una app sviluppata con REACT NATIVE che, invece di avere i dati su tablet, permetterà di poterli esportare su un server per poter essere elaborati con maggior potenzialità. Il passaggio dei dati avverrà tramite web services. Il server avrà installata un'applicazione java, con data base postgress, ed i certificati di sicurezza. L'unicità della soluzione hardware – software risiede nell'esclusione del turbamento visivo, indotto da un ausilio, sulla postura.

The tools for refractive assessment and for stabilometry, currently available, work separately. The new design, hereafter referred to as Kinoptix, consists of existing devices, partly redesigned to be interconnected in real time.

The instruments shown include software and hardware.
