CENTIMETRO ZERO (CM0) nasce con l'obiettivo di digitalizzare le relazioni commerciali tra gli attori del settore HO.RE.CA. (hotel, ristoranti, catering) ed i grossisti. La soluzione si configura come un marketplace digitale e multicanale (sito web, app iOS e Android) che intende agevolare: 1.gli attori del Settore Ho.Re.Ca ad acquisire materie prime in modo rapido, sicuro ed efficace, velocizzando il sistema di approvvigionamento, riducendo gli errori; -2.i fornitori/grossisti integrando o sostituendo i canali tradizionali (es. email, whatsapp, telefono) e garantendo un processo più semplice, immediato e con bassi margini d errore. 

CENTIMETRO ZERO (CM0) was created with the aim of digitizing business relationships between the players in the HO.RE.CA. (hotels, restaurants, catering) and wholesalers. The solution is configured as a digital and multichannel marketplace (website website, iOS and Android app) that intends to facilitate: 1.Ho.Re.Ca Sector actors to acquire raw materials quickly, safely and effective, speeding up the procurement system, reducing errors; -2.suppliers/wholesalers by complementing or replacing the traditional channels (e.g., email, whatsapp, telephone) and ensuring a simpler, more immediate process with low error margins.
