CDC Studio è la PMI italiana che trasforma gli scarti tessili in fibra mista, oggi considerati non riciclabili e destinati a discarica, inceneritore o mercati low-value, in MIKTÒS, una famiglia di compound plastici tecnici , protetti da due brevetti proprietari.

Il nome MIKTÒS (dal greco "misto") sintetizza il cuore della nostra innovazione: mentre l'industria del riciclo tessile richiede flussi mono-materiale puri, noi valorizziamo la "contaminazione" del tessile reale ( poliestere con coating , blend di fibre , sottoprodotti industriali complessi ) grazie a un mix formulativo proprietario e a una linea di selezione ottica NIR + AI . Il risultato è un granulo plastico ingegnerizzato utilizzabile in arredo di design, edilizia, automotive, packaging B2B e cicli chiusi per il fashion.

CDC Studio is an Italian SME that transforms textile waste—currently considered non-recyclable and destined for landfills, incinerators, or low-value markets—into MIKTÒS, a family of technical plastic compounds protected by two proprietary patents.

The name MIKTÒS (from the Greek word for “mixed”) encapsulates the heart of our innovation: while the textile recycling industry requires pure, single-material streams, we leverage the “contamination” found in real textiles (coated polyester, fiber blends, complex industrial byproducts) thanks to a proprietary formulation mix and an NIR + AI optical sorting line. The result is an engineered plastic pellet suitable for use in designer furniture, construction, the automotive industry, B2B packaging, and closed-loop systems for the fashion industry.
